Headed to Montauk to shoot content with Barstool Sports, Mustad Hooks and Traeger Grills.
Caught 2 huge striped bass and 2 thresher sharks on Friday with my lifelong friends Roger and Dan.
On Saturday we took Ben Friedman “YP” from Barstool Outdoors out to do some filming. I also had 2 great friends Sam Root and Krista Tucker along. After fishing for a short while, pulled the hook on a big thresher then hooked another which stayed hooked! Successful release.
Sunday was completely different conditions wise and we decided to gamble to catch a mako. We ran further offshore and got one! We tagged and released this shortfin mako.
Great trip with amazing friends!
